Add me to the prayer circle, too...my Mom says praying to St. Anthony works. HORRIBLE act...an absolute nightmare for Kathleen. So sad.
Roxanne -- You can "share" posts on this site. There is a share link right up there under the end of the article.
I "shared" on ArtFairInsiders.com FB page and it has had 72 MORE Shares!! Wow ... and it reached over 7000 people on that page also.
Please count me into the prayer chain. This is so sad and it must be very painful for Kathleen.
What a shame! This is every artist's nightmare. I'm in on the prayer chain, praying for Kathleen in hopes that her beautiful work is recovered, and for the thieves that an attack of conscience will hit them and that they will allow the work to be recovered.
I came back here hoping to see an update that said her jewelry had been found. It's not like gold that is worth anything melted down, and it's easily identifiable.
I couldn't share this post, because it's not public. So I downloaded the pic and posted it on my Facebook page, which is public. Then I shared it in a few artist groups. According to Facebook, it has now had over 26,000 views, 3,500 clicks and 1,200 likes, comments and shares (mostly shares).
I always thought I didn't really have to worry about my pieces as they are mostly heavily beaded and have little gold/silver value, this is really disheartening.
Its not like they are gold and gems with a value in the materials. These are all about the hand work, the fine embellishment and the hand and imagination of the maker.

I shared it as well and already have friends sharing it... How awful... and what they heck will they do with them....They are so identifiable and I can't imagine they can pawn them. It is just sad
