What are the best things about art fairs
Communication with customers, recognition of the quality of my jewelry, and making a living---
Best show ever and why
Frankfort, Illinois--- It was the first really large show I ever did, and I could barely keep up with sales. I've done more prestigious shows but I made lots of money at Frankfort. I'm basing my choice on my bank deposit after the show.
Worst show ever and why
Davenport, Iowa---terrible storm (i've been in several) My jewelry was packed and on a cart. My canopy blew down the street with me holding on. Of course, it was destroyed. When I got back to my spot, my cart was gone.---- a long story short, it was in a parking garage and someone was trying to steel the whole cart---more problems at that show but I won't go into more detail.
