The street is marked, the sun is shining and promises to continue throughout the weekend! We are looking forward to another great show. We have one cruise ship on Saturday that always adds some energy and locals and winter residents will be out along with the day trippers since it is the top of season! See you all !
Some of the people I work with go to end of Duval for sunsets and drinks great singer Robert Albury, or above Turtle Kraals-roof deck bar there. Great views! If you are into wine-new wine bar across from Brazalina's on Caroline St (the big green house). Oh one more-Hurricane Hole Marina on Stock Island-good peel and eat shrimp with a cold Corona.
We tried "Blue Heaven" on Thomas st last time. Great feel with chickens around the outdoor bar. small stage for music and we were told good food with sunday morning breakfast being a very good deal. Its away from the maddness of duval and is funky and quiet.
Jo we go to Hogfish on Stock Island-outdoor place on the water by the commercial fishing area-great for fresh seafood and a cold beer. Otherwise we like to go to El Meson de Pepes on Mallory Sq-yes with all the tourists but lots of locals there too.
