  Welcome to both of you. It is nice to have another south floridian here although Pinecrest isn't nearly as far south as Key West.
  
  Your work is fascinating. I enjoyed reading how it is done and then the history of the homes.
  
  Another show that might interest you is Beaux Arts which is held in early January at the University of Miami.
  
  I have been going to shows in Dade and Broward counties since 2002. If you have any questions, let me know.
