Craigslist has worked very well for show setup help for me for shows across the country where I thought it would be helpful. Use the "Help Wanted - Labor" section if you want muscle rather than art expertise. I always put in a 'must be able to lift 50 lbs' and a height requirement of 5'11" so I wouldn't have to share my ladder, and that sort of thing. I usually had to close the ad after 2 hours because of the flood of responses.
