Years in the Art Fair Business
since 1979
First show ever
Bellevue Wa , before the parking garage was constructed. They used to take 30% and collect the sales tax from us.
What are the best things about art fairs
At its best, a fair is like a party, with many many 5-min fascinating intimate conversations with people. I also like actually making a living.
Best show ever and why
Salem very pleasant. La Quinta great for sales and (usually) good weather.
Worst show ever and why
Salt Lk City -- drunk people stumbling into my booth spilling beer and knocking things over. Also, the worst storm Ive been thru -- most of my neighbour's booth ended up in my booth.

Just put your topic, canopy tents, jurying fees, Ann Arbor Art Fair, etc, into the search bar at the top of the right side of the page. You might be surprised that someone has already asked your question.
We also ask that all new members take a few moments of their time to read the code of conduct. You will find it at http://www.artfairinsiders.com/page/code-of-conduct. There are a few guidelines that all members will need to follow because , as in any social community, we all need to work together.
