Best show ever and why
Common Ground Fair, Maine. It was a fun crowd and I love the philosophy of the fair-organic farmers etc. The Belfast Art in the Park show is also great--very supportive crowd. Belfast Maine is an artsy town.
Worst show ever and why
Naples art show, Naples Maine. Falsely promoted to be a third year show (it was the first in 10 yrs) and there was supposed to be an antique boat show going on in conjunction with the show which there was not. Hence very low turnout and people only looking for cheap trinkets.

Thanks for your kind words Suzanne. It's nice to hear positive feedback from another artist.
I'm also in the process of figuring out my outdoor display space for this year. In an odd way the unknown is a blessing. I don't know enough to be properly terrified! I have the feeling that through the amazing collective voice and experience gathered at the site, you and I will be able to make informed choices.

I'm a 2-week newbie myself. This site is wonderful. Welcome! Thanks for kicking off the conversation about the tent. I'm going to dive into the art fair circuit this summer and need more info in order to know which way to go...get a new cover for my old EZ up frame or start fresh with something new and spunky. Actually I think this year I'll be makin' due.
