I know it's only Monday but I thought I'd kick it off. So what is everyone doing?
I will probably be going to a Craft Day at our church. We are trying to get this started again. Everyone brings whatever art or craft they want to work on. We get to connect with like minded people, learn from them informally, plus we might get one of our own projects completed.
A friend was supposed to be helping me with this but her 99 yo grandma passed and they are having the service that day. I know my friend is disappointed she can't come but it's understandable.

Hi,
I'm going to Traverse City, Michigan this week-end...hopefully there's something arty going on up there, there usually is. Will let you know what I discover...have a good one everybody!
Hey Tina, you're in the wrong week -- I know you're going this week -- see the later thread about July 15-19 ... will miss not going to AA with you.
Mission accomplished. We hit the hot springs in Saratoga, WY Monday evening and today we bagged (for the third time) Medicine Bow Peak, 12,013', in the Snowy Range, WY. Tomorrow it's unload and get back to work in the studio.

Sometimes I don't think we know how good we have it. Here we are, at a venue where we stay at the same hotels as the tourists, eat in the same restaurants, see the same sights they all come to see, and leave with more money than we came with!
I love my job!
RIGHT ON!
Perfectly stated Chris...! Eat your heart out office workers...
I know -- my friends were always a little jealous. We get to be with people who are out for a good time, on vacation, enjoying their day. I've seen a lot of wonderful places in this country and can give tips to friends for restaurants and sites everywhere. I wrote a five page document for friends who were driving from Michigan to Florida with stops and places to stay for a 10 day trip.
Had a fairly good Art in the Park in Plymouth, MI
Love to have your take on this show, Scott. We did it once. Couldn't make expenses, yet I know it is widely appreciated in the area by the local shoppers.
Sunday at Jackson, WY was another beautiful day with strong sales. "Judge Judy" was there Saturday and today. Just as interesting was this young fellow on the way back to the condo. A review will be forthcoming next week. For now, I am off the clock until Wednesday.
