Should I Matt all my prints and bag them or just bag them with a backing? My sizes vary from 8x10 up 24x32. Matting all of them can be costly. To me it's much more feasible just to mount them and bag. Where can I get the bags from?

One possible reason to add the expense of the mat is if you print size is non-standard such as 8x12. If you sell it to them matted to a 16x20 frame size you can save your customer the hassle and expense of custom framing. My company sells a small selection of clearbags at a lower price and with volume discounts starting at just 200 of the same size bag.
I buy my bags from clearbags and my cardboard from Uline.com. Their shipping prices are a bit steep, so I buy in quantity. It's worth the cost, though. Do expect a few in each stack to have some pressure damage, though, as they bind them pretty tightly (too much) for shipping. Wish they wouldn't . . .
I've also found in this economy that I sell more images without the mats just because I can sell the unmatted prints at a lower price. Dottie
I also got some clear bags from Frame Destinations. I was buying a small number of larger bags and was happy with the price and service. If you decide to go with mats, check out eBay for prices. I've gotten good mats and service from both "bux1" and "shopatgoldenstateart".
Whether you mat or sell loose prints depends on your marketing strategy. Prints do need to be matted so they don't touch the glass in a frame. But from your previous posts, I'd just offer loose prints backed by foam core or mat board in clear bags. Creating inventory will be less costly.
