Hi All,
Finally signed up here at AFI. I found you through Larry's photo forum and have been lurking, learning tons. Thank you one and all! This is my second year of trying to sell through art fairs ("trying" being the operative word).
I started life at a very young age. Sorry, old joke. ...in architecture here in Oregon. I was finally laid off one too many times and decided to pursue photography, which was a passion I acquired in architecture school. I am still in denial that the shifting economy that caused the lay-offs, causes people to not want/need photography services. That, and everyone now has a camera in their pockets (on their phones).
I hope to become a useful member of this community.

Hello Bernie and welcome. We are glad to have you here. It certainly can be tough working in the art show business. This site is a great place to get help and support. Everyone here wants to succeed and we all need each other. What type of photography do you do? How many shows are you doing a year?
