I'm a San Antonio native and didn't even know they were doing shows out at La Cantera. I only heard about the show via ZAPP. La Cantera is one of SA's most affluent shopping areas, its anchor stores are Niemen Marcus and Nordstrom's. FYI it is outside and it can still hit 90 degrees in October. I cant speak to the show as I've never attended/participated. However, if you are looking for SA shows to do I would recommend the "Fiesta" shows: Fiesta Arts Fair and King William Art Fair. Both have high attendance and are really great events. They are within a week of each other and the booth fees aren't horrible. Good Luck!
I did it in 2011 for what it is worth. Produced by Blue Lotus. Not much traffic and what there was didn't seem to know it was an art show. Not impressed with management. I made my minimum but others nearby did zero.
