We recently applied for a show that was cancelled before jurying occured. I emailed requesting a refund since no "service" was provided. They assured me that I would receive my jury fee back but it has been over 2 months with nothing. What do you all think? Would you pursue it?

Thanks Steve! Looks like Zapp has also been in communication with promoters about this matter....
Hi Pauline,
Please contact us at ContactZAPP@westaf.org so we can investigate on your behalf. Our understanding was that refunds were being processed by the event, but we will want to ensure that this is in fact the case and that your name is on their list.
Thanks,
Leah, Manager of ZAPP®
What show was it?
It was the Tucson Centennial Best show....so it was only a one time venture to start with.
Thanks Larry and Lynda. It was a Zapp show so I will let them know.
If the show ran out of money, they're going to have a difficult time refunding the jury fees. If it's a ZAPP show, I'd complain to ZAPP. A few years ago, there was a show that disappeared after all the booth fees had been paid. ZAPP refunded the money to the artists.

Yes, seems to me if a show is cancelled before being juried, ALL jury fees should be returned. I would pursue it.
