Testimonials

12541805655?profile=RESIZE_400x"I've been working professionally as an artist for about 7 years, and part of time I spend traveling around the festival circuit. I've toured all over the U.S., and [The Kentuck Festival] is still one of the best shows I've ever done. There's something magical here, and the community is so supportive, plus the staff, and patrons of Kentuck come and show the artists so much love. It's really just on the next level." - Sydney Gruber, 2D artist from Austin, Texas; has exhibited at the Kentuck Festival for 5+ years

"Kentuck is the best-organized, friendliest festival I do on the circuit. They take care of their artists, the weather is always good, it's so well organized, and the sense of community that Kentuck has is like no other. So, Kentuck is my number one festival on my list every year." - JK Terrell, glass artist from Northport, Alabama, has exhibited at the Kentuck Festival for 5+ years

Fort Worth, Texas

The Shops at Clearfork
Friday-Saturday 10am-5pm, & Sunday 11am-4pm
90 Artists
Deadline: June 3, 2024

Application fee: $30/Booth fee: $450

The Art Worth Festival has some Texas-Sized News concerning the third-edition of our show, in Fort Worth, this October.

We are upping stakes and moving:
we've changed both our location AND dates!
12490653279?profile=RESIZE_710x

This juried festival of fine craft and fine art will be held over three days (with set up on the Thursday prior) on the park-like lawns of The Shops at Clearfork, an exclusive shopping complex, featuring Nieman-Marcus, Tiffany, Burberry, Louis Vuitton, and a number of interior design houses. The Shops at Clearfork also offer great restaurants, as well as an abundance of free parking (surface & garages) within the complex, which also includes high-end residential space.

Now, if you are wondering as to why we have arrived at our decision to move, our reasons include: guest access to free public parking; guest access to enhanced food options; built-in traffic; reduction of dust (something of a problem at our old site): the lawns at Clearfork are lush.

Additionally, The Shops at Clearfork will also be joining in promoting our show through their platforms.

12490653662?profile=RESIZE_400xTestimonials

"This is a new show with very big potential, in the perfect time and at the right location. I was pleasantly surprised by the traffic on Saturday, and the sales went beyond my expectations. The show promoter has a strong advertisement campaign that will help the show to grow fast, in my experience DFW metro has way more collector's potential than the few very fine arts festivals in the area could currently fulfill. Also important to mention, that it is a very artist friendly show and the quality of art is strong, which is very sufficient for a show's success. I was very happy with my experience the first two years and planning to return this fall." - Jeanne Akita, Illusions Lab

“We had great success and a wonderful experience at the Art Worth art show! Serious buyers, great setting, warm friendly management! Everything you want for a memorable and successful art show! Easy setup and tear down, great exposure and plenty of parking! So close to excellent dining and Hotels! We will be back!” –Dan and Joi LaChaussee, Blown Glass, Langley, WA

“This could be the start of something big. Good first show and second. Nice layout, great director, classical music, wine bar, and upscale ambiance. Surprisingly good sales for an opening event. Don’t miss this opportunity.” – Cathra-Anne Barker & Richard Meyer, Master Potters, Santa Fe NM"

“Fine craft is in our blood; a part of our soul going far back into history. Combining skills producing items for survival (clothing, tools, furniture, etc.) with meaning and beauty we end up with fine craft. It resonates with our core and brings us comfort – and sometimes reflection. Our lives are significantly enriched when we embrace fine craft into our daily activities. Hosting the Texas Fine Craft Show in The Woodlands provides an opportunity for everyone to be introduced to those fundamental roots from our past – and see how they remain part of us now and going forward to future generations.”

-Glen Rector, TWAC Board President

As the producers of the renowned The Woodlands Waterway Arts Festival, we are thrilled to expand our large event offerings and to bring something one-of-kind to Texas and the geographic south.

Park Forest, Illinois

Village Green and Main Street in Downtown
Saturday & Sunday 10am-5pm
80+ Artists
Deadline: April 26, 2024

Application fee: $35/Booth fee: $175

The Park Forest Art Fair is the second oldest continuously juried fine art fair in the Chicagoland region. It is an exceptionally artist-friendly fair with helpers to assist with loading and reloading and distributing bottled water all day. A continental breakfast is provided both days and Board Members provide a wonderful dinner for the artists on Saturday evening at which time prizes are announced. Two years ago, the Board also added a healthy snack on Saturday since many artists could not take the time to visit the food vendors.

There are prizes totaling $3,000. Because Tall Grass is a not-for-profit and gets to know its artists well, it is sensitive to the impact of the costs of participating in an art fair. For that reason, it has kept its registration fee at $175 through the recession and beyond. Tall Grass feels it is especially important to keep the cost of the art fair registration low during the present economic environment.

12404701877?profile=RESIZE_710x

This year, the art fair plans to include a sidewalk art event. For families and children, the event will be pure fun and not competitive but there will be a competitive element for professional artists. Inasmuch as 2024 marks the 75th anniversary of the incorporation of the Village of Park Forest, there will be a commemorative element to the fair. It is currently in the planning stages.

Testimonials:

To all the wonderful people who worked so hard to put together such a great art fair; I have always thought that you, at Tall Grass, accommodate the vendors most thoughtfully. Tall Grass art fair is a wonderful experience for participating artists, art aficionados and the Park Forest community.
Sue Wade, jewelry artist

The Park Forest Art Fair was simply amazing. I have never experienced an art fair such as this before. The attention and support given to the artists made one feel like royalty. I enjoyed the breakfast and was more than grateful for the spread that was laid before us for dinner. The award ceremony left me speechless. I have never experienced that level of appreciation for vendors at an Art Fair before. Wow!!! Is all I can say.
Tara McGee, Bayete Jewelry Collection LLC

11001963262?profile=RESIZE_400xThis Tall Grass Art Fair was at its best for a number of reasons. First of all, the weather was great! Secondly, art lovers found so much to love. Third, Tall Grass did an amazing job. Last, but not least, I made plenty of sales. Thank you, Tall Grass Arts Association.
Patricia Stewart

This was a great fair with enthusiastic shoppers and talented artists.
Don Widmer, Paper artist

This longstanding art fair is small but extremely well run and always quality and diverse art. This year, sales exceeded all my previous shows, even with moderate crowds. I recommend this venue.
