Tribute to Fine Arts Festivals--Northern Virginia Fine Arts Festival--May 21-22, 2011

Check out the article below.  It says it all with the spirit of what we hope to achieve with the 50,000 patrons who visit each year.  They walk away, if not with a piece of fine art, at least an appreciation for the fine arts community and their craft.

    I did the Festival for the last 3 years, the best weather  ever this time. Last year my tent  was in the sky. A very clean  organization and  the voluntary people

    Nice article, Linda. I just got back home after doing the show this past weekend, and while I can't say I'm a whole lot richer, I too met some fine artists, and felt that the show was extremely well juried. With preponderance of contemporary artists in all mediums, my only regret is that I didn't have a chance to walk the entire show. The weather held up beautifully, the rain stayed away, and I believe that most visitors did indeed walk away with a greater appreciation for the skill and talent of America's finest.
