  This is the 2'nd year for the Jacksonville show.  I did it last year and it was decent and shows potential.  I did much, much better in Jacksonville than at Osceola ;)  I think it's a local group that puts on the show.  It's not a production company.

  Hi All, this site really saved from me from this disasters Show. I applied and got in but when I read last years reviews and I un-excepted their invitation. By the way, Does anyone have any intel. on The Jacksonville Fine Art  Show in March. I can't find anything about it except what the entity provided me with, and we all know don't believe 2/3rds of what they say.

  Hate to say it, but I'm kinda glad my car broke down and I didn't go :)

  I hope for you all that this is the one bad show of the year for you. and all the others totally rock!

  I agree.  This was so disheartening.  I traveled all the way from Missouri to do this and some others, and I can only hope they are much better.  I have never zeroed a show before, so this was a great lesson in humility for me.  It helps that I was not the only one.

  I did this show last year. It was the second show I had ever done. I would never do it again. The place looked like a ghost town. I think I had a grand total of something like $150 and was lucky to get that. I bet there was no more than 5,000 people the entire weekend.

  It looked like they got a lot less exhibitors this year. I think when I did it last year there was 200. This year it only had around 148. I know that looking at the photography category I don't think there were any return exhibitors from last year.

  Worst show ever in sales for me too. Excellent art and wonderful artists, but not buyers. At 4:00 pm on Sunday it was already empty. The promoter and organizer were very nice and I think they tried hard but some how they did not target the right customers.
