Yikes, it is almost 3:30 and in 30 minutes I am going to talk to legendary John Stillmunks. What am I to say to such a legendary dart-zinger. Listen in tomorrow at 6 pm. They are recording today and editing out, probably everything we have to say about Barry Bernstein. Don't worry Annette, you Aussies are exempt from our slings and arrows--for now, who knows what the future will bring.
Well, we were able to keep Bill the cat sober during the interview which made things a lot easier. I think we only trashed one artist, because we love him and he is such an easy target living so far away from all of us--hmmm, I wonder who that could be..think day-old pasties. Listen and learn, or laugh or cry.
I am just all a-twitching myself! Or whatever that means. I've been hittin' the Jack (2 fingers, rocks) ever since I heard of this extravaganza.
The excitement has me not sleepin' or workin'.....more time for drinkin'.
Last time I had this much excitement was when Bill, Clinton that is, road through my part of the country. I had to set up a speech venue for him. We yammered for 'bout an hour there backstage before his speech.
I am nervous also, Nels! How do you talk to a legend? not that you're not, but you and I have had our times together...
Maybe we can start something new -- when artists check in at their art fairs they'll all have to have birth certificates, their aka's, and an endorsement from their mothers.
It would have been good to include Barry and so many others -- but we don't want to confuse the listeners. What does Michelle sound like? Who has met Linda Anderson? Do Amy Flynn and Phil Crone look alike? Who is Paul Zerjay? His photo popped up recently and it was not who I thought he was. And, lordy, where is Holly? Don't we all miss her?
