I did 2 one day shows this weekend. The first was saturday at Christ Presbyterian Church. It's the 5th year of this show and they do a great job advertising and had lots of people coming around. The fee is based on sales, so if you sell nothing, you end up losing nothing either. It must be ok because there was an artist across from me who this is his 3rd year and he's never sold anything. I had minor sales. It was lots of fun as there was a face painter next to me and the woman behind me was selling homemade breads and jams/mustards and was lots of fun to hang out with. My second show yesterday was at a high school in Oro Valley. It was the first year of the show, big mistake. They also charged a $5 entry fee which was not advertised to any of us. Saturday there was no attendance. Sunday they had more because they did some last minute advertising and put up signs. I did ok there too. I did see some artists that I had met at other shows so it was nice to see them again.
