You will catch on. You can add any topic you want to read more info about into the search bar at the top. If the topic has been discussed here, it will pop up. I am sure that will keep you very busy.

Christine, thank you for the tip about election year. I certainly respect your experience earned from 15 years of doing art shows. We live near Tampa, Florida so there are several good shows within a short driving distance. Just hope I can jury into some of them.
I do 2D mixed media paintings using a collage technique involving my own hand painted papers. After reading comments here at AFI I am noodling ideas for how to offer both high and low price points yet make the booth attractive. There is so much to learn.

Hello Nelda, If you are starting out this year. Please stay on the conservative side of traveling. Election years always tend to be dry years... People come to look and admire but hold on to the $ until they know who will occupy the White House. Show experience since '97.... I always cut back on shows during an election year.. Luckly prize money has helped make up the difference.. What kind of work do you do?
