How to take better pictures with your iphone
I just completed an article about how to get better quality photographs from your iphone. It's a good follow up to my article on how to set your camera to photograph art.
Did you know that there's an app that allows saving as a TIF, offers exposure compensation and exposure bracketing.

The article has been updated. It now walks you through taking a high quality picture, editing the image and uploading it to your ZAPP profile so it can be used for applications. Besides the mentions of various apps I use, you need to use iCab Mobile, an alternate browser on your ipad or iphone. It's the only browser (that I know of) that allows you to upload images from your mobile device to a web site.

Besides the volume controls on the earphones, the up and down volume control on the side of the iphone also acts as a shutter release. But it doesn't do much for stabilizing the phone when taking pictures.

I can't because I only have an iphone.

Thank you for the excellent article. I do not have an iPhone, I have a droid. I am interested in the similarities and differences between the iPhone and droid for photography. Is that something you expect to address in future articles?
I had no idea about the earphones! I wondered why you would hook up earphones. Thanks for sharing that!
