Gourmet Chicago

As a gourmet food person, I would love to hear from anyone who did Chicago...I was on the wait list.  Was it worth it, would you do it again?

  • Jane, someone was selling those types of sauces.  There were people crowded around the booth, too.  It looked to me like they may have had a double space from what I remember.  A double space wasn't cheap though.   I think you would do well there.

  • Thanks Jacki. We make and sell caramel and chocolate sauces in 23 flavors.  I am sure it was quite busy!

  • Jane, I was there but not as a food vendor or an artist.  All I can say is the area where the gift food vendors were was jam packed.  I am sure they did well.  Of course, they did have free samples that was a big draw. But, I think those people were doing a good business from what I could see.  I don't know what it is you sell, but food that is packaged nicely for gifts seemed to be a hot item.
