  But to answer your question, if you want to do a selection of images so each card looks different, you can easily design a template in Photoshop. That's how I would do it. And if you only want to a limited number of cards to test them out. Make them proportional to being printed as a 4x6 print (maybe two or three on a print) at Wal-Mart or similar.

  Vista Prints does gift certificates with envelopes that you could put your work on.  Does that help at all?
