Lol, I got accepted but I'm going to do Lakeview, they're on the same day. I heard good things from artists about Lakeview and how the gay community are great clients. I'll go for that one :) thank you for your lines ;) I just keep hearing horror things about Wells
I suspect Tomas is right. With the right material, you can make money at Wells Street. Good sales are dependent on booth location, weather, and the type of work you sell. High end work is a hard sell. Jewelry, fiber, inexpensive prints can add up to a good show. I've never done the fall show. The summer show is enough for a year for me. See my review on the show just past -- it's really hard logistically, and it's wearing. Lots of drunks. Lots of partying. A few good sales can make it worthwhile, but it's still twice as hard as a normal show.
