I feel your pain, Amy. It seemed like I was losing one or more pieces at each show I did. Last year I went online and ordered about $150 worth of cardboard boxes and started packing stuff as if I meant to ship it. Last two shows saw zero loss.
Oh Amy, I feel for you. I know on occasion I have tried to pull a short cut that I think will save time and I have had to stop myself before the disaster happens. I know the disaster is going to happen because I have done many short cuts that have ended up that way. I will be looking forward to your new creation from all that broken glass. At the end of a show, that might have made me cry.

I think we have made it to the final blog post about shattered scraps. Check out my new Tie Dye piece! http://heartfirestudios.blogspot.com/2012/09/success-or-opportunity... . And Geri - I like these better than the ones that broke!
Here is my latest blog post... I am still working on the best way to use the glass, but i am making progress! http://heartfirestudios.blogspot.com/2012/08/making-lemonade-one-ti...
I had lost one piece in packing/unloading in the past 5 years... so this was really out of the blue for me.

I will be eagerly awaiting the photos.
That's what I am hoping for! Thanks for the encouraging words. Pictures soon!
Think of it as a recycling challenge. The new pieces may be better than the old ones.
