I'll add one more reason to get ACT insurance. I recently had a storage locker break-in and a bunch of easy to hock/sell stuff was stolen; Rocknroller cart, lights, rolling tool chest, and so on. The worst part was that in the thieves frenzy to be in and out of the storage facility, a half dozen units in 20 minutes, my Rocknroller cart was loaded with photo artwork, metal prints and framed work, and rather than dump that stuff they just rolled the cart out and up the loading ramp on the truck. It was considerable inventory, but it was covered less depreciation on equipment. The artwork will probably surface this spring or summer in a farm field or ditch somewhere, no doubt worse for wear.
