Waves Crashing on Headlight

At the Portland Head Light on Cape Elizabeth, the waves on this particular day were awesome. The noise they made this morning was tremendous. At the bottom of this print, you can see the waves about to douse me and my camera. I recovered myself and my equipment and gingerly climbed off of the cliffs back to the safety behind the fence. My camera body and knee will always have something to remember this scene with.
