First show ever
Until this year I have only done 1 day art fairs locally. This includes indoor and outdoor craft fairs. The first was “Art in the park” in Manhattan Ks in 2001. I don’t think I had a tent.
What are the best things about art fairs
The people. The conversations.
Best show ever and why
Prairie Village in Kansas City MO. Perfect weather. Great vibes, and of course the income was nice. We are always and forever lovers of KC!
Worst show ever and why
The “whimmydiddle” in Scott City KS. High winds. Hot sun. Tent crumpled. Everyone brought a copy of the 10 commandments and a 50 dollar bill and didn’t break either one.
