What are the best things about art fairs
marketing, selling, meeting like-minded artists, seeing great art, renewing friendships among artists, being challenged, meeting the public, renewing friendships in general
Best show ever and why
Private showings of 3WomenArt, involving myself and two others, have been enjoyable and, often, profitable. In terms of larger, public shows, it's a tie between Two Rivers/Metro Arts Expo and ArtFest Midwest, both well run and moderately successful for me.
Worst show ever and why
Stone Arch in St. Paul, MN: A storm blew up and wreaked havoc with my display tent. I was lucky and it wasn't too bad and on the whole, it was a good show.
