What are the best things about art fairs
the enthusiasm for art, the fellowship between artists.
Best show ever and why
Riverfest Farmers' Market, because nice venue with walkways and water running nearby.
Worst show ever and why
Farmers' Market because people looking for food not art and low sales, also free backpacks for poor children being given away, so families with no money attending. (I gave out free pencils for them anyway).

What is one fun fact about yourself?
I used to climb trees a lot as a kid.

Valerie, I just saw your post in the FAQ's. That section is just for you to get information on "how to post in the discussion." Follow the directions there and post your question in the "Discussions." Click there, ask your question. I know there is money to be made at these kind of events. I recently heard of a very successful year round farmers market in downtown S. Bend.

Many topics have already been discussed here before you joined us. You might like to try a search of your topic before you post your question. Just put your topic, canopy tents, jurying fees, Ann Arbor Art Fair, etc, into the search bar at the top of the right side of the page. You might be surprised that someone has already asked your question.
