What are the best things about art fairs
Of course the sales, but also I love getting to know other artists and hearing how they evolved. And, I hate to admit this but we are fragile creatures and art shows are always good for that much needed ego boost.
Best show ever and why

Worst show ever and why
Someone had told us Ocean City, MD had a great spring show. The sales were OK, but not good for the exceedingly long hours each day (10PM), gale force winds and horrific cold. Combine all this with an uneducated art crowd buy/sell in every other booth and you have a worst ever show.

My first degree was in art, second in engineering and third, MBA, but through it all, inside of me, I was always an artist.

Many topics have already been discussed here before you joined us. You might like to try a search of your topic before you post your question. Just put your topic, canopy tents, jurying fees, Ann Arbor Art Fair, etc, into the search bar at the top of the right side of the page. You might be surprised that someone has already asked your question.
