First show ever
Wickford Art Festival 2018 but ive been doing artisan fairs for over 20 years.
What are the best things about art fairs
I enjoy meeting new people and seeing old friends from other shows. I also enjoy talking about my work, why I took an image, where I was etc.
Best show ever and why
Block Island Arts and Artisans Festival- Its a small show that I do with a group of artists and makers on Block Island, which is an island off of Rhode Island. It was right after Covid and I was living on the island part time. I had my best sales I got to hang out with my friends and my happy place.
Worst show ever and why
My worst show was a vintage artisan market that I do 2 to 3 times a year this particular time we had a rain, storm, thunder, lightning hail, and I didn't make enough money to cover my booth so I closed up shop, but it wasn't a total loss because I got to hang out with my friends.
