What are the best things about art fairs
The commradery of vendors, their sharing of ideas and the ideas you see visually with how they set up their tents. That in itself is an encyclopedia of learning.
Best show ever and why
Art Downtown Festival, St. Patrick's Day, St. Simons Island, GA 2012. The Park was newley redone with cobblestone pavers, close proximity to restrooms and the ocean outlet, fine breeze coming from there made it cooler than normal and it was packed with customers. I sold more there than any of my other shows!
Worst show ever and why
The very first (fee paid booth) one I did, mentioned above at the Tampa Fairgrounds in 2004. The customers were 95% blue color workers and didn't give a fig about my designer purses. I sold nothing.

Just put your topic, canopy tents, jurying fees, Ann Arbor Art Fair, etc, into the search bar at the top of the right side of the page. You might be surprised that someone has already asked your question.
