Meeting other artists and people. I love the setting up, the whole day and packing up.
Best show ever and why
Cloudland Canyon...it was my first show where I did very badly but I learnt a lot from other artists
Worst show ever and why
Cloudland Canyon...it snowed, it was freezing I drove all night so had no sleep for the first day.

What is one fun fact about yourself?
~ I play a long neck banjo hand made in 1961. :-) ~ I'm in the process of becoming a US citizen after 7 1/2 years of living in South Georgia.

Hi Sarah. That brings back a good memory for me: I went through Cloudland Canyon years ago after stopping in Rising Fawn to visit Norman Blake (we didn't find his place...) and we visited the old civil war era pigiron factory cum antique shop where Michelle Shocked recorded some (all?) of Arkansas Traveler...
