The first art fair ever held at a then-new community center, where my son was unfortunately stung by a nest of bees and we had to break away to take him to the hospital!

The artists, of course!
Best show ever and why
Waterford Fair ... excellent crafts and venue, gorgeous weather, held in my former hometown where my kids were raised. A fantastic event for young and old, with exhibiting artist demonstrations of colonial crafts throughout 50% of their time there.
Worst show ever and why
The rainy, 45-degree-F outdoor fair when I was 7 months pregnant and demonstrating claywork. Lousy attendance, freezing cold!
