What are the best things about art fairs
Meeting fellow artisans and speaking with customers
Best show ever and why
Woolly Worm Festival in Banner Elk, NC. The customers were friendly and ready to buy. The atmosphere was fun and the vendors and artisans were all wonderful.
Worst show ever and why
4th of July Festival, Gastonia, NC.The customers were there for music and rides and not for art. We were next to commercial vendors who did fairly well. We made one sale all day. However, we did meet other woodworkers who referred us to some great shows.
