What are the best things about art fairs
Meeting my collectors. Making money! Meeting and sharing information with fellow artists.
Best show ever and why
Artscape, Baltimore, 2009 The crowds, the weather, the sales, not necessarily in that order!
Worst show ever and why
2013 Art on Main, Hendersonville, NC. My first (and hopefully only) $0 show, despite having a piece of my work featured in the local arts newspaper during the week prior to the show! Will never return.
Who referred you to ArtFairInsiders.com? Please be specific.
Found it on web search for jewelry designer Delores Fawkes, with whom I did a show in Virginia a couple of years ago.
What is one fun fact about yourself?
I'm ambidextrous, and often switch hands while painting.

Thank you Michelle. Gourds are just so much fun. There's nothing that you can not do to them. I love your work and the colors you use. Your work is so much fun and so interesting.

p.s. The best way to make this system easy to use is to click on the "Follow-Email me" link at the bottom of each Forum discussion that interests you. That way the system will email you automatically whenever anyone responds. It's a great time-saver.
