What are the best things about art fairs
Getting people's feedback on my one of a kind art pieces. I usually show in art galleries, so I don't get to hear the first instant response from viewers. I also like the ablity to market myself to 10,000 people a day. Oh and making sales!
Best show ever and why
Wells St. in Chicago, IL because there were so many people there, I was constantly engaged in conversation. Our gross sales were good too. (This is also the worst load-in / load-out I've ever seen!)
Worst show ever and why
Downers Grove, IL. It rained 8 inches in one day. Everyone left by 2. No booths, no people.
