Years in the Art Fair Business
have done lots of shows back in Ohio 15 years ago
First show ever
Hall of Fame Art Show 15 years ago have not done many shows since Had my own gallery in The Blue Star Arts Complex for 2 years 4 years ago and have done some resturants and small galleries but would like to strat doine Art Fairs now that I have more time
What are the best things about art fairs
Meeting and connecting with people from all over the country and usually larger crowds with more opportunity for sales
Best show ever and why
First Friday during Festival at Gallery Mateo (my gallery) Interacted with some wonderful people...who were the "right people"...and sold 14 pices taht evening
Worst show ever and why
Show at Central Market Cafe...12 big pieces...average 5 x 7 feet B&W heavy water color paper mounted on 3/4" foam board with strainers glued to back...had opening reception with lots of food and wine waiting and worst snow and ice storm sine 1985...only a few good friends showed

I'm a young man (Senior Citizen) who's stepping up my commitment to a dream and a vision....my wife and children think it's hilarious ......
