First show ever
Was a small church arts & crafts show - widely attended by locals as well as the congregation. We were well recieved which kicked off offers from other shows to attend... a nice way to begin - all family friendly...
What are the best things about art fairs
Mixture of clientele ~ friendliness of the "regular vendors" ~ parents exposing their children to art ~ not the store bought kits, but real artists
Best show ever and why
Easter Arts & Crafts and Kids show ~ great location ~ professional promoters that had authentic vendors, not mass produced kits, well organized and available for questions ~ didn't over inflate attendance figures...
Worst show ever and why
Ethnic festival on the waterfront in Wilmington - promotor over inflated the attendance numbers, hours of the show on weekend changed, and space size was not what was stated - the vendors tent legs were touching... all squeezed into one place... horrible!
