What are the best things about art fairs
I LOVE talking to the people. I ADORE when they buy a piece I have created and are really excited about it.
Best show ever and why
Gallery in the Garden, Woodstock IL (last weekend in July every year). This show has many art loving people that visit and I have many returning customers. The show is put on by two women who are dedicated artists themselves. There is phenomenal music (not too loud) and the artists are expected to contribute 20% of their sales to a local charity.
Worst show ever and why
Crystal Lake Park District Late Winter Art Fair. What was I thinking???? Small show, no one was buying any costly art... it was dismal. This was when I was just starting out. I learned much from this show about what not to do so it was not a total waste of time!

What is one fun fact about yourself?
I get bored easily so my jewelry art is continually evolving. And I love to travel!

Hi Marie, I love your card!! I made my current card and handpainted it. I need something that looks more professional and I want to include photos. Any tips?Who did the printing? and about how much did it costs? Looks really expensive.
