Anacortes Arts and Crafts Festival At the heart of the Festival are 270 booth artisans who fill seven blocks at this yearly festival. These artists come from throughout the Northwest and as far away as New York, Florida and Arizona. Each year they are chosen through a selection process based on quality, originality and marketability so standards are high. Snow Goose Silk Art was selected on the first application, making me very proud to be accepted into this festival which I was told was very hard to do.
