What are the best things about art fairs
Every fair brings new people to look at, admire, dislike, critique, talk-about, and buy my pieces. It's always a new audience!
Best show ever and why
El Dorado Hills Art, Beer & Wine Festival. The entire place looked like a set from a movie, because it was so clean and pretty. The people were awesome, and I had my best show EVER!
Worst show ever and why
Fremont Festival of the Arts. It was supposed to be a handmade only, and is advertised as that. It was also a juried show. There were jewelry booths every third booth, and there were over 500 booths. My handmade prices could not compete with the imported items on price. It wasn't "friendly."
