What are the best things about art fairs
The very best things about art fairs is just meeting all the people, both vendors and customers alike.
Best show ever and why
I would say the best show for me would be in Kaukauna, WI. 2013 was the first time I attended this show and the first time showing my fine arts. I was unexpectedly visited by a nationally known artist in which he spent quite a bit of time with me and helped me to keep the faith to keep showing my work.
Worst show ever and why
Two top the list both due to horrible directors. The first is the Cedarburg, WI shows as the director is just plain rude and acts as if she's doing you a favor by taking our money to display in a crowded room where no one can walk. The other is the Southridge Mall show in Greenfield, WI as the director wants to take your money and then vanishes. He doesn't care about any problems you may come up with and with the $200 booth fee doesn't do ANY advertising.
Who referred you to ArtFairInsiders.com? Please be specific.
Surfing on the web and finding new networking sites is always a positive!
What is one fun fact about yourself?
I am completely self taught in the mediums I work in. My family, growing up, didn't think art would get me anywhere so here I am with two business degrees and doing my art for everyone!
