Conversing with customers, the festive atmosphere, getting to go to different places.
Best show ever and why
Prairie Fest in Urbana, IL, right after 9/11. I expected a bad show just 2 months after 9/11, but the crowd was huge and 3 of us in my booth were busy all day.
Worst show ever and why
I don’t remember the name of the show but it was in a suburb of Indianapolis. It coincided with Covered Bridge Festival, which was far enough away that I didn’t think it would make a difference. It apparently did.

What is one fun fact about yourself?
I learned shorthand and used it daily in my office jobs. I still use it to take notes for just about everything.
