What are the best things about art fairs

I love to meet new people, especially young children with a wide-eyed curiosity about the art world. Many of them are interested in the how and why we do what we do. Also, the many friends at the shows we see, that we sometimes haven't seen in months.


Best show ever and why

The Coconut Grove Art Festival, 2003. Delivering two 4'x8' paintings to an island home, and shipping two paintings to Austria.


Worst show ever and why

Any one of the ones with wind and rain, and possible tornadoes.
