What are the best things about art fairs
Meeting other vendors who are "like minded" and passionate about what we do. I also love meeting customers and the feed back that they give you and their stories:)
Best show ever and why
Madison Road Artisan Market in South Bend, IN area. The event is hosted on a beautiful family farm and the owners/promoters are the nicest people you will ever meet. The traffic is great and the $$$ is too! It is twice a year and love the fellow vendors who become fired for life!
Worst show ever and why
Journeyman Distillery Art Market in Three Oakss, Michigan! They packed in too many vendors with similar products and the traffic flow(set up) was horrible. The spaces were too small. and the traffic that came (great) were just looking and not buying. Every vendor had the same poor sales. Not enough advertising as well. People just wanted to drink whiskey and look. There was not enough room to even be in your booth.
