Meeting new people, artists, and finding new clients!
Best show ever and why
Howard Alan/ACE Downtown Sarasota Fall 2016. Best response to my work, biggest single day, and weekend sales, and a custom order.
Worst show ever and why
Paragon Fine Arts Fest St Petersburg Staub Park Dec 17-18, 2016. Zombie crowd, (poor marketing?) terrible sales for the majority of vendors, (I barely paid my expenses, many I spoke with had ZERO SALES)... Oh, and there was also a gutter salesman ("corporate sponsor") set up across from me at a "juried fine art festival"... HORIBBLE! Paragon's Seafood & Music Festival in Sarasota Jan 21-22, was also not well attended, and from my perspective, marketing was poor. Not likely to continue throwing money and time away when there are other arts and crafts fair companies that are much more professional!
