Yes, Jennifer, this site is mostly about artists who travel and sell their art at the nation's fine art fairs so sales are really important.
We do have artists from the West who are part of the community and this is a good place to network with them. We also list shows in your part of the country at www.ArtFairCalendar.com. We welcome you and look forward to your participation here. If you don't find anyone talking about the topic you are interested in please feel free to start a discussion or add a blog post. This kind of input keeps the site useful to many and adds much value.

Many topics have already been discussed here before you joined us. You might like to try a search of your topic before you post your question. Just put your topic, canopy tents, jurying fees, Ann Arbor Art Fair, etc, into the search bar at the top of the right side of the page. You might be surprised that someone has already asked your question.
