  I think what you charge has alot to do with what the previous owner charged, and what their success was. Do you have access to their records? It also depends to an extent where it is located. I'm guessing not downtown, but probably closer to Shaw or an upscale mall. You probably should be very specfic as to what your requirements are. That is more important then what the vendors want. Our core rule here is that all vendors produce their own work and subject to inspection by a jury, and that they live in Santa Barbara County. Giving the vendors too much leeway is like trying to herd cats. It's your show, your rules, kind of like a benevolent dictatorship (and your money).
