RISD show in Providence,RI
What are the best things about art fairs
I have consistently done only one show three times a year so I can only give feedback on this one. I love the interaction with a cross section of people that all have an intense appreciation of the arts. It's refreshing!
Best show ever and why
The 2007 Rhode Island School of Design December Show. Everyone I met that year had an interest in and deep appreciation of photography. I also had my partner with me who is amazing at bringing people in and convincing them not to feel guilty about spending money on art work that they love.
Worst show ever and why
I did do one show up in Boston that was not advertised at all. The artists all sat around bored and eventually we took turns in the street trying to being people in.
