First show ever
Hyde Park Square Art Show
What are the best things about art fairs
Meeting new people; the feeling of community. Getting my work in front of a large audience.
Best show ever and why
Broad Ripple 2012. The atmosphere was upbeat and positive. People came to buy.
Worst show ever and why
I'm blanking on the show name, I'll have to look it up, but it was in Cambridge, Ohio. I didn't even make expenses. I must say, though, that the volunteers and even the patrons (despite not buying anything) were very nice. Easton is the runner up for worst show. I made a little profit, but the atmosphere was very negative and unpleasant. The patrons had a better than thou attitude.
